Lot sizes run between 2 and 3 acres with some wooded lots and walkout lots still available.

 

Minimum house sizes are based on style of home.  For one story homes a minimum of 2200 square feet on the main level and for 1.5 and 2 story homes a minimum of 2400 square feet on the main and upper levels combined.
